Quiet and ideal location in a beautiful setting, you can walk everywhere. Furthermore, it's right by Polonnaruwa and the local sigirya. The rooms here are a nice size with ac;))

The hotel property was unique with particularly good and beautiful location really close to nature and Sigiriya and the nearby elephant safari and the centre of Habarana and all bus stops. The rooms were new-fashioned & impressive with a good working ac. A huge variety of food for breakfast, everything was outstanding.

I always stay at this amazing place in Habarana. The staff is helpful and friendly. I remember when they found my lost jewel. This place has everything I need, from free Wi-Fi and parking to an outdoor pool and spa. I'll definitely be back.

We stayed at A4 Villa & Spa. for 4 nights while exploring the cultural triangle. The owner, Sanjiva, was incredibly helpful in organizing sightseeing and transportation. The A/C in the rooms was efficient and the location was quiet and convenient. The local cuisine provided by the resident chef was delicious, especially the banquet of local specialties on our first night. Breakfast was varied and satisfying. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

the A4 Villa & Spa is a real gem. It's clean - peaceful, and located close to stunning nature. The staff - especially Silva the Manager - went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even provided an extra bed and arranged breakfast at 5am. The traditional Sri Lankan food for dinner was authentic and delicious.

We had a delightful stay at A4 Villa & Spa. the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since the property wasn't crowded, they generously upgraded us to a bigger room than what we had booked. the family-run atmosphere added to the charm, especially during the Sri Lankan breakfast that was lovingly prepared by the family themselves. the ambiance of our room was exceptional, and we were thoroughly satisfied with what we paid.

Authentic food, wonderful host, and solid A/C. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The traditional buffet offered a variety of dishes that even the pickiest eaters enjoyed. The location is within walking distance to town and other restaurants. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the hot and dry weather in Habarana.

The food choices and quality were not that good and more expensive compared to other places. The Wi-Fi didn't work well and there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
